FUZHOU RETREAT

A refreshing three-day retreat was held during the Golden Week last October 2007. The quiet city of Fuzhou provided a perfect venue where around 20 parishioners took advantage of this respite from their hectic schedules. Sherilyn Siy came all the way from the Philipines to facilitate the sessions for the English-speaking participants.

Where we are

Xiamen City's main Catholic church is in Gulang Island. The only English Mass is held here every Sunday at 10:00 AM. You need to take the ferry to reach this place. Weekday Masses are usually celebrated in an old chapel near the Lundu station every morning. Click here to view the map.
